Who We Are
Jobs for America’s Graduates – New Mexico (JAG-NM) is a nonprofit youth development program that helps students succeed in their education, their careers, and in life. We are part of the national JAG network—proven for 45 years to help young people graduate, gain employment, and build successful futures.

Through school-based and out-of-school programs, our JAG Specialists provide students with mentorship, career readiness training, leadership development, and real-world experiences that prepare them for what’s next.
WE OFFER TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE WITH A TRAINED SPECIALIST IN ONE-ON-ONE & SMALL GROUP ENVIRONMENTS.

WE ALSO PROVIDE CONNECTIONS TO EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, & MILITARY ENLISTMENT

WE IDENTIFY YOUTH ACROSS THE STATE WITH BARRIERS TO SUCCESS. WE STEP IN WITH TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE & RESOURCES THAT HELP YOUTH OVERCOME THESE BARRIERS

ON AVERAGE, JAG-NM STUDENTS FACE 6-7 BARRIERS UPON ENTRY TO OUR PROGRAM. OUR PARTICIPANTS OVERCOME 3-4 BARRIERS AFTER 1 YEAR ON AVERAGE

We’re scheduling both in-class and virtual engagements across the state. If you're interested in connecting with youth and sharing your journey, we’d love to hear from you.
